Affiliate Terms
1. To become a Well.ca Affiliate, you must provide Well.ca with complete, accurate, and truthful registration information. If any such information changes, you must immediately update your registration information. 2. Well.ca has the right to confirm, check, or verify, in its sole determination, the truth and accuracy of any registration information at any time. 3. To join the Well.ca Affiliate Program, you must be an individual who is at least 18 years old, and must provide at your expense your own computer equipment and Internet access. 4. Affiliates who promote advertisers via e-mail must adhere to all applicable legislation and regulations governing e-mail marketing in the jurisdictions that the publisher targets. E-mails must: a. Contain accurate sender information and subject lines b. Include functioning Internet based opt-out mechanism c. Include publisher's postal address d. Not be false or misleading 5. You may only promote advertisers on Web pages/sites/properties that you own or operate. You may not place affiliate links/tracking code, nor promote Web sites that contain affiliate links/tracking code, in or on third-party: forums, message boards, blog comment areas, classified advertisement services (such as CraigsList.org), etc., unless given permission from the third-party to do so. 6. You will place or use qualified links only with the intention of delivering valid sales. You may not, nor knowingly permit any person to, activate a qualifying link or inflate the amount of any sought-after or resulting tracked activities through any method or technology that does not actually deliver an end user to the destination site associated with such qualifying link. 7. Affiliates and Well.ca may end the affiliation at any time. 8. Well.ca issues cheques on a monthly basis once an affiliate has earned a balance of $20 or more.
